an okay stay
kind animation team clean apartment tasty food remote location few restaurants nice staff
the animation team was kind and they made efforts for everyone. the apartments was clean, it seemed very spacious. the food had much variety, it was also tasty.
the hotel could be better for its stars. the staff are nice for check in. it is quite remote. it is not a lot of good restaurants nearby.

broken air conditioning noisy restaurant
The room air conditioning wasn't great. The temperature control seemed broken. closet doors were sticking and difficult to manage. the restaurant was far too noisy, sound bounced everywhere making conversation hard during meal times. i found these issues annoying .

wood fire pizza convenient location beach club
The Italian restaurant on site has wood fire pizza and pasta. It is DIVINE!!! The pool bar food is also great. The location is very convenient with a bus stop right outside. Beautiful cove beaches are nearby. Go to the beach with the beach club bar. It is fabulous to watch the sunset!!!
The hotel could use some room decor updates.

Average Stay with Some Issues
power outage broken lift
The breakfast had a good range of options.
I found some issues . The power went out for many hours one day. I got stuck in one of the lifts with my children. That was a really frightening experience.

nice pools and good food
swimming pools fun activities
the swimming pools are great for kids. breakfast and dinner are good. they do fun activities for kids during the day. music is available in the evening. the animation team do amazing work.
the room door could be opened by my son. the cleaning services were not good. bins were not emptied daily.

the reception staff were helpful. the bar staff are fantastic, they serve drinks quickly. they have friendly room cleaners. they are amazing and keep everything tidy.
